General terms & conditions

No refunds are given. We offer exchange and store credit only within 7 days of purchase on full priced shoes.

 

For exchanges and/or store credits, shoes must be in the original packaging and in the same condition they were bought in.

 

Warranties on all products are with the manufacturer and not with Heart and Sole. 

 

Price of return shipping must be paid by customer in the event of an exchange or store credit on shoes that must be shipped.

 

No exchanges or store credits will be issued on December 26th

                                                                                                                  

 

All discounted/ sale items are final sale.

 

All clothing items, bags, and accessories are final sale. 

 

Defective merchandise will be addressed on a per item basis by store lead. 

 

In Store Pickup Policy

We offer free In-Store Pickup for British Columbia Postal Codes. Orders chosen to be picked up this way must be picked up within one week of receiving confirmation that your order is ready for pickup. Failure to do so may result in further holding charges, or nullification of the order with or without refund.

Orders will not be released until invoice is paid for and confirmed. We may request proof of order upon arrival to release your order. We reserve the right to withhold orders for reasons of insufficient payment or lack of customer identification.
